CENTER OF BOLOGNA, VIA borgo di san pietro, NEAR UNIVERSITY (10 minutes on foot AND NEAR TRAIN STATION (7 minutes on foot).

A few meters from the house you will find a supermarket, park, bar, gym, pharmacy, shops and the best comic shop in town.

There is no need to use the bus, everything is within walking distance from here.

Apartment divided as follows: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom.

- 2 Single large room with double bed 560€+ 130€ utilities (690 euros)

- 1 Single small room with single bed 460€ + 130€ utilities (590 euros)

2 month deposit + 60 euros contract cost- is required as soon as you arrive and get the keys.

Advance payment is NOT required.

You will pay when you are in Bologna and you have the keys in hand.
