In an apartement situated in the historic center of Bologna in an old building of 1600, I'm renting an open room (means that the rooms are separated only by wardrobes) in a basement tavern, with many new comforts (washing machine, dryer, wifi, induction kitchen, microwave, dehumidifier, etc.). In evry open room there are a double sofa-bed, a desk, an open wardrobe and a small shoe closet. In the apartment there are only two open rooms. The other room will be occupied by a female Erasmus student.

The price is for one room.
