I know many students are now looking for a room and is hard in Bologna. I want to be of help to someone who will need a room in town, to be able to find the perfect room.
If you need an help, my room is available for some weeks:
- from the 4th to the 20th of Sept
- from the 27th of Sept until the 12 of Oct
Price will be reduced for the period you need.
Perfect area for students! Not far from Alma Mater University and Sant'Orsola Hospital district, only 15 minutes by walk!
If you want to feel like to be at home, this is the perfect flat, to live in a warm and familiar atmosphere.
In the flat there are others 2 single rooms, in which there are 2 international students from Erasmus.
This is the largest room in the flat, it's my room that I like to rent just in some period as I don't live in town.
The room has a single bed and a nice private balcony, a big desk, big VIDEO to connect to your PC, DVD player and 2 sofas.
The apartment is fully furnished. 2° floor with elevator, independent heating.
The flat is very warm, with a good light during the day.
Bedsheets and towels furnished for free if requested.
Consumes and other costs are around 100/120 euro per months, à forfait, included condominium, electricity, heating, water, garbage taxes and WIFI unlimited.
