Wide single room close to the University, CNR and centre of Bologna

For European students, researchers or teachers only. I have a wide room available from September 2026. It's not in the centre of Bologna, but it's close to the University, CNR, Factory School of Dance, railway station, airport and this is the best place you can find, cool and comfortable. This is a room with a large bed (120 cm), a big wardrobe, a writing table and a tapis roulant in a quite apartment at 30 min. on foot from Piazza Maggiore (the heart of Bologna), 20 min on foot from Alma Mater and 7 min on foot from the railway station. It's available for only one person, not more. We are near Piazza Unità (bus stops 11, 27, 25, 30, 96, etc.) and close to the supermarket, post office, bank, biologic market, B&B, restaurants and all the shops.

We have all comfortables: internet wifi, washing machine, iron steel, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner etc. I'm not young, but I have been living with students and researchers, guys and girls, without problems. I'm respectful, easy-going, tidy, I don't smoke. I live alone in the apartment where I have my room.

If you don't smoke at home (you can do it on the balcony) and you are normally polite, you can live well here, like at your home. If you don't see pictures, try later, please, or write to me: I can send you pictures or a video. Bye.
