Ciao! My name is Filip, I am 23 years old, and I am an incoming Erasmus student from the Czech Republic. I am studying Economics and looking for a single room just for myself in Cagliari.
My planned entry date is the beginning of September 2026, and I would need the room for 6 months (until the end of February 2027). However, I am also open to a full-year contract arrangement together with a classmate from my university, where I would stay for the first 6 months and she would take over the room for the remaining 6 months (Spring semester).
I am a friendly, quiet, and tidy guy. I am fully used to sharing a flat, respecting common areas, and keeping things clean. In my free time, I really love traveling and exploring new places.
Since I am currently not in Italy, I cannot attend viewings in person, but I am more than happy to arrange a quick video call to introduce myself and see the room. Looking forward to hearing from you!
