I am the owner of the flat. People from all over the world are welcome, because i speak several languages. I am looking for persons who will rent the rooms of my flat for a minimum period of 6 months.
The apartment is located on the 3nd floor reached by lift, and is fully furnished (you will find pots, plates glasses, pans in the kitchen and in the rooms curtains) full of light and 2 rooms with balcony overlooking the lake of Como and a little garden just to store your bikes. 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral, and next to a big park villa olmo, the flat is 5 minutes walk from central railways station.
I have a singles and a double room, . There is kitchen with balcony, and 1 bathroom. Internet wireless (WI-FI) connection, air condition washing machin, fridge and you will be able to store your bike in a safe place.
AFFITTASI stanze singole e doppie in un appartamento arredato con 2 bagni, cucina abitabile, grande anticamera e internet wireless. La cucina è fornita di tutto, ed ha un balcone. Il palazzo ha un posteggio bicicette sicuro. tre stanze singole con balcone vista lago. Il palazzo è antistante la passeggiata di Villa Olmo, 10min a piedi dal Duomo..a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Como, nella vicinanza di un grande parco. Il canone è di 430€ al mese per stanza singola tutto compreso, spese (tranne la luce divisa fra tutti) e internet sempre incluso.
