well furnished, wifi, aircondition, kitchen with balcony, safe place to store bike, lift.... in front of the lake and in the center of Como.
in the same building I rent 2 more flats (genertally to students polimi or insubria all over the world).
all included except electricity.
The double room can be rented as single.
