Is a very beautiful apartament in a building of 800 completely renovated in the center of the city and newly furnished.
The area is very safe, supermarket, bank, shops, restaurants, bars are within 200 meters.
Fully equipped kitchen, 100 MB ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
The apartment is quiet and clean so I only look for quiet and orderly tenants.
The ALL-INCLUSIVE formula includes rent, condominium, electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaning of common areas once a week and waste tax, therefore maximum transparency: the price indicated is what you will pay at the end!
Also consider that there is 1 month of security deposit to be given,(half month only for summer contracts) NO header of various bills, we are not a real estate agency so no commission is due.
The only ONE-TIME cost is between € 340 and € 490 (depending on the duration of the contract) and includes the costs of registering the contract (taxes and stamps), insurance, ordinary maintenance and final cleaning of your room.
