Available from mid-October, a spacious and bright 21 m² single room with a small private bathroom.
The apartment is located on Via Gioberti, just a short walk from Piazza Beccaria and Florence's historic city centre, in a lively and well-connected neighbourhood, with shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities right on your doorstep.
The apartment is comfortable, although not recently renovated, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom with shower, washing machine, Wi-Fi and a small balcony.
Only two people will be sharing the apartment. I'm a working professional looking for a quiet, tidy and considerate flatmate, preferably someone who already has experience sharing a home.
Rent: €550 per month, including condominium fees and municipal waste tax (TARI).
Utilities: approximately €100 per person per month for electricity, water, gas, heating and Wi-Fi, depending on actual consumption.
One month's rent as a security deposit and a €200 advance payment towards utilities are required.
Available from mid-October, preferably for a one-year stay.
