The student apartment is all new, has 7 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 equipped kitchen, 100 MB fast WI-FI, 1 big habitable garden.
It is located in a safe area with supermarkets and all kinds of shops close to the house.
The Novoli university campus is a 15-minute walk away, the Manifattura Tabacchi is 10 minutes walk away, bus and tram stops near the house for Polo Morgagni/Careggi and the schools in the centre.
The apartment is quiet and clean so I only look for quiet and clean tenants
