The bedrooms are for single use so we are looking for two friends who want to have an apartment all to themselves
The apartment is available for rentals of 5 to 9 months
Kitchen Is fully equipped, there is washing machine and Wi-Fi.
The price is all utilities included, is also included the cleaning of common areas every 15 days.
The security deposit is 1350 €, the agency commission is 1100 €.
We are looking for quiet and tidy girls, is not a party house but a quiet place.
Bed linen is provided upon request.
