DESCRIPTION
In quiet and residential neighborhood near to all type of services (supermarket Carrefour 24h and new Esselunga, bank, pharmacy etc), very close to metro stop MM Famagosta green line (close to Iulm university and Navigli area), we offer a very bright apartment at the TOP FLOOR (triple exposition, with elevator).
The apartment has:
---> 1 double room ( matrimonial bed, divisible), very large, 3 windows (available; price: 760 as SINGLE ROOM, 480 for person if double room) , sunrise exposition - FIRST images gallery
---> 1 standard room , sunset exposition, 2 windows (available; price: 680 as SINGLE ROOM)- sunset direction, LAST images gallery - the sofabed could be used as french size bed
- one bathroom, one kitchen (plates and electric oven, DOUBLE frigo- one for room and en extra Freezer), one closet.
Furnished, Internet Wifi flat Fiber 1GB, TV, Verona marble floors, video entryphone.
When are availables both rooms, its possible to reserve the full apartment.
Months starts ALWAYS from the first day (no fractions of month) ; other extra days (of course usually at the end of permanence) have a standard price of 60€ for night if less then a week, 40€ for nights after this first week (both prices +10€ for night for the bigger room), with a maximum of the month amount ( so in fact after around 2 weeks we ask the full month).
In case of permanence less than a minimum number of months (shown on the website or fixed at the reservation) , if approved, prices have an increase AT LEAST of 20%.
Always august and december included, please.
Deposit required to book the rooms in advance, full amount+Caution asked at the arrival. As usually cautions are returned ONLY at the end of permanence, if all is ok

Dans un quartier calme et résidentiel avec tous les services à proximité (supermarché Carrefour 24h et nouveau supermarché Esselunga , banque, pharmacie etc), très proche de la ligne de métro MM Famagosta ligne verte (Iulm université et Navigli zone proche), nous offrons un appartement très lumineux au derniere étage (triple exposition, avec ascenseur).
L'appartement dispose de:
---> 1 chambre double (lit matrimonial, divisible)tres grande, 3 fenetres (DISPONIBLE ; prix: 760 en CHAMBRE SIMPLE, 480 pour person si chambre double)-exposition sud/lever du solei, premières 'images de la galerie .
---> 1 chambre standard, exposition coucher de soleil, 2 fenetres (disponible; prix: 680 en CHAMBRE SIMPLE) - direction sud/coucher du soleil,dernières images de la galerie- le sofa peut être utilisé comme lit à la française.
- une salle de bains, une cuisine (plaques et four électrique, DOUBLE frigo - un pour chaque chambre,un extra Freezer), un placard.
Meublé, Internet Wifi flat Fiber 1GB, TV, sols en marbre de verona, interphone vidéo.
Il est possible reserver l'appartement complet sur requete.
Le mois commence le premier jour; les autres jours supplémentaires ont un prix standard de 60€ pour la nuit si moins d'une semaine, 40€ pour les nuits après cette première semaine (+ 10€ pour la nuit pour la plus grande chambre), avec un maximum du mois entier (donc en fait après environ 2 semaines nous demandons le mois complet).
En cas de permanence de moins de un minimum de mois (montré sur le profil ou convenu au commencement) , si approuvé, les prix ont une augmentation au moins de 20%.
Toujours août et décembre inclus, s'il vous plaît.
Dépôt requis pour réserver les chambres à l'avance, montant total + Caution demandée à l'arrivée.

L'appartamento ha:
---> 1 stanza piu' grande con letto MATRIMONIALE (divisibile) e divano, ampia, tre finestre (disponibile, prezzo 760 USO SINGOLA; 480 a testa uso doppia) , esposizione alba/sud, panoramico, prime immagini della galleria
---> 1 stanza con letto singolo e divano letto (può esser utilizzato come letto alla francese, invertendo gli usi), due finestre (disponibile, prezzo 680 USO SINGOLA )-ultime immagini galleria esposizione ovest/tramonto.
- bagno, una cucina ( piastre e fornetto elettrici/microonde, DOPPIO frigo- uno per stanza e un Freezer extra), grande ripostiglio.
Arredato con tv, pavimenti in marmo di Verona, videocitofono, INTERNET Wifi flat FIBRA FTH 1GB.
Possibile eventualmente l' intero appartamento, previa disponibilita' calendario.
I mesi partono dal primo giorno del mese, per frazioni di essi (in aggiunta ai mesi minimi) il prezzo per notte a stanza standard e' 60€ la prima settimana e 40€ la seconda settimana ( +10€ a notte nel caso della stanza piu' grande); oltre circa due settimane di fatto il prezzo del mese e' pieno.
Al di sotto del numero minimo di mesi (mostrato sul sito o quello concordato), previa accettazione, il prezzo subisce maggiorazioni, almeno del 20%.
Agosto e dicembre non si accettano esclusi.
Sono richiesti cauzione per prenotare prima dell'arrivo, deposito e pagamento permanenza anticipato all'arrivo.
