La camera è molto spaziosa e luminosa, con due finestre, e bagno ad uso esclusivo. Possibilità di condividere la camera con compagno/a o amica/o con supplemento di Euro 200,00. Composta da un letto matrimoniale, lunga ed ampia scrivania e armadio a 6 ante, vari ripiani e contenitori, TV, WIFI.
Bagno molto grande con vasca e cabina doccia.
Servizio di pulizie a richiesta (spesa non inclusa).
Molto tranquilla e silenziosa, in quanto si affaccia sull'interno.
L'appartamento è molto particolare; si tratta di una mansarda di circa 150 mq su due livelli e fabbricati, sito al 5°/6° piano con ascensore in un condominio molto signorile. Uso libero della cucina abitabile (forno, micro onde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice), tutti gli accessori interni alla cucina possono essere utilizzati.
Nell'appartamento vivo da sola con la mia cagnetta labrador di nome Cuba che, tengo a precisare, è buona come il pane.
La convivenza con me è molto facile in quanto: sono molto riservata; Cuba è sempre attaccata alle mie gonne; sono spesso fuori per lavoro e impegni; inoltre la casa ha una tipologia tale che chiudendo una porta sembra di stare in due appartamenti distinti.
A 10 minuti a piedi da San Babila, in una zona molto servita dai mezzi pubblici, vicinissima a M4 e passante ferroviario
Quartiere comodissimo e strategico: ricco di negozi di ogni tipo, supermarket, ristoranti, bar e movida.

The room is very spacious and bright, with two windows, and bathroom for exclusive use. Possibility of sharing the room with a partner or friend with a supplement of Euro 200.00. It is composed of a double bed, long and wide desk and wardrobe 6 doors, various shelves and cabinets, TV, WIFI. Very quiet, as it faces internally. Very large bathroom with tub and shower.

The apartment is very special; it is an attic of about 150 square meters on two levels and buildings, on the 5th / 6th floor with elevator in an apartment building very elegant. Free use of the kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), all the internal accessories to the kitchen can be used.
In the apartment I live alone with my dog labrador named Cuba.

La chambre est très spacieuse et lumineuse, avec deux fenêtres, et salle de bains à l'usage exclusif. Possibilité de partager la chambre avec un partenaire ou un ami avec un supplément de 200,00 Euro. Composée d'un lit double, long et large bureau et une armoire 6 portes, diverses étagères et des conteneurs, TV, wifi.
Très grande salle de bains avec baignoire et douche.
Ménage sur demande (charges non comprises).
Très calme, car il fait face à l'interne.
L'appartement est très spécial; il est une mansarde d'environ 150 mètres carrés sur deux niveaux et des bâtiments, sur la 5ème 6ème étage / avec ascenseur dans un immeuble très élégant. L'utilisation gratuite de la cuisine (four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge), tout interne à la cuisine peut être utilisée.
Dans l'appartement, je vis seule avec mon labrador chien nommée Cuba, je tiens à préciser, elle est aussi bon que le pain.
Vivre avec moi est très facile car je suis très réservée; Cuba est toujours attachée à mes jupes; je reste de toute façon souvent hors maison pour engagements différents; de plus la maison est faite de manière qu'en fermant une porte semble de rester en deux appartements autonomes.
A 10 minutes à pied de San Babila, dans une zone bien desservie par les transports publics et à proximité de l'arrêt Dateo du chemin de fer.
Quartier confortable et stratégique: de nombreux magasins de toutes sortes, les supermarchés, les restaurants, bars et vie nocturne.
