Dear landlord, dear future flatmates,
My name is Ria, I'm 21 and from Munich, and I'll be spending my autumn exchange semester at Bocconi in Milan. I'm looking for a room from early September.
I'm German-British, fluent in both languages, and study Management & Technology at TU Munich. Alongside my studies, I work part-time in the investment team of a VC firm. My parents provide a guarantee covering rent and ancillary costs. I can commit on short notice.
As a flatmate, I'm open, easy-going and tidy: I'll treat the room and flat with care, contribute to the household and respect everyone's space. I'm coming on my own, so no overnight guests. I'm a non-smoker, no pets.
