The apartment consists of 1 double and 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom (completely renovated in August 2021) and a living room with kitchenette. In addition to the bathroom, the rest of the apartment has also been recently renovated. It is a bright and welcoming living solution, furnished and equipped down to the smallest detail to offer all comforts. Wifi active.
The apartment is located in a quiet and green area; in the immediate vicinity a large supermarket, pharmacy, shops, pizzerias and restaurants.
The POLIMI BOVISA UNIVERSITY CENTER is a 10-minute walk away. Thanks to the Milan metro network, the other universities are also easily accessible from the apartment: CATTOLICA, STATALE, IULM and BOCCONI.
The apartment is well connected to the main railway stations of Milan and Malpensa airport (through Malpensa Express).
The city downtown is easily reachable by underground lines or trams under the house which in 20 minutes takes you directly to the center of Milan.
