Our flat is at the fourth floor of a sunny building enjoying direct sun light and healthy good air from the Pineto (Pine-trees) Park close-by.
It is located literally in front of the APPIANO Railway Station and enjoys easy connection to FIUMICINO AIRPORT and TERMINI OSTIENSE and TIBURTINA train and bus station.
Is is 4 minutes far from GEMELLI HOSPITAL (two train stops).
Easy connection with metro A and metro B is also available.
Your participation in the house chores to keep the flat as tide as possible will be appreciated, though it is not compulsory.
You will enjoy warm hospitality and a family climate in as much as you like it. If you are a reserved temperament, you will respected in your privacy.
There is plenty of shops and a Catholic Church at short walking distance from home.
Cycling, trekking and walking is very easy to practise on the cycle path going from Valle Aurelia to Montemario.
FOR GROUPS OF 2-3 PERSONS A FURTHER INDIVIDUAL ROOM IS AVAILABLE IN THE SAME APARTMENT. both rooms can be rented in advance together at a special rate.
