The apartment is very spacious, bright and quiet, located in a central area of Rome, around a 5-minute walk from Colosseo Metro station.
The apartment will be shared only with me, the owner, so there will be just two people living in the house.
The room is spacious, fully furnished, queen size bed, comfortable and equipped with air conditioning.
The bathroom is shared.
The apartment also offers Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning .
I am looking for a respectful and easy-going female tenant who would enjoy a peaceful and pleasant home environment.
The initial stay can be for one month. If we both feel comfortable living together, there is the possibility to continue for a longer period with a regular rental contract.
